Join our drop in yoga foundations class where we will learn
basic yoga postures and explore movement within these postures. We will learn to use our breath effectively to move, to energise and to assist with creating a feeling of calm and general well being. Its a gentle workout and a wind down too! We will have time at the end to catch up and chat too. I hope you can join our happy little class. If you have a yoga mat do bring it along.

These classes are suitable for complete beginners or those with a bit of experience. Mishka will offer modifications to suit every body type. This class is limited to 4 people as we are in a smaller room, RSVP's essential.
