I love the old West End of Fremantle. When I walk down High Street I often forget to look up and admire the old buildings. There are shops and cafes, people, dogs and history all mushed together. Join me (Elizabeth) for a gentle stroll around these streets. Let's look at the view from the Roundhouse, enjoy a beverage from one of my favourite cafes, and generally take advantage of this rather delightful part of the world.
We'll meet at Chalkys Cafe, then begin our wander. Chalkys is right at the end of High Street, you can see the Roundhouse from it's outdoor tables. If you have accessibility requirements please let me know as Fremantle has a number of annoying only stair access areas that we can avoid.
If the weather is no good for walking let's sit and have a drink (and maybe some delicious food...?) and enjoy the cafe.
Look for Elizabeth in an orange hat with a yellow Befriend flag standing outside Chalkys!
